Terms & Conditions :	SHOOOT GUILD Membership Club - Terms & Conditions The following terms and conditions govern the relationship between CREATIVE DIGISPHERE INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD (who operate and manage SHOOOT GUILD Membership Club) and members of SHOOOT Guild. Membership & Membership Card SHOOOT GUILD Membership is free to anyone who signed up as its member. He/she immediately qualifies as a SHOOOT GUILD Ordinary Member upon successful completion of the membership registration. Individual or Ordinary members of SHOOOT GUILD who have attended SHOOOT ACADEMY program will be upgraded to SPECIAL membership status and will enjoy additional benefits over and above the benefits entitled under the Ordinary SHOOOT GUILD membership program. All members will be issued with a membership number and membership card. The use of this number/card and associated benefits is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions. Membership and Membership Cards are not transferable and may only be used by the Member. Membership cards remain the property of CREATIVE DIGISPHERE INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD and must be returned upon request. Membership Cancellation CREATIVE DIGISPHERE INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD reserves the right to cancel any membership and revoke any unused benefits or points given to or collected by any member for reasons that include, but not limited to: 1) violation of these terms and conditions; 2) misrepresentation of any information or misuse of SHOOOT Guild Program; 3) violation of any national, state or local law or regulation in connection with the use of membership privilege, or 4) action in any other way, to the detriment of the Program or any of its alliances, all as may be determined by CREATIVE DIGISPHERE INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD in its sole discretion. Amendments CREATIVE DIGISPHERE INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD reserve the right to change the member privileges, program structure, regulation or other feature including these terms and conditions or to terminate the membership club at any time upon reasonable notice where possible, and CREATIVE DIGISPHERE INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting therefrom. Data Privacy We are committed to protecting your personal data privacy. To ensure that you can make informed decisions and feel confident about providing to us data relating to you, below is an outline on the use and purpose of your data:- a.To assess and process your membership application to join SHOOOT GUILD Membership Club; b.To process your request for purchasing product(s) and service(s) that may be offered to you; c.To fulfill your request when you use our online, mobile or other services; d.To contact you regarding your enquiries; e.For the operations of The SHOOOT GUILD Membership Club such as delivery of associated benefits and services, ongoing research and programme development, as well as delivering news and information to The SHOOOT GUILD members; f.For marketing, promotional and customer management purposes, such as sending you updates on latest offers and promotions in connection with The SHOOOT GUILD Membership Club; g.For identification and verification purposes; h.For reference and record in connection with SHOOOT GUILD Membership Club; i.For disclosing the winner of a contest conducted by us or on our behalf; j.For the use of any of our subsidiaries, associate companies and/or business associates in connection with any of the above purposes and/or services such companies and associates may be offering to you from time to time Legal Rights Neither the Program nor any benefit offered by the SHOOOT GUILD creates, constitutes or gives rise to any legal or contractual rights by members against CREATIVE DIGISPHERE INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD. Limitation of Liability CREATIVE DIGISPHERE INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expense of any kind whatsoever arising out of or in connection with SHOOOT Guild Membership Club and/or use of or the unavailability of facilities or benefits of the SHOOOT Guild Membership Club and/or provision or the refusal to provide any benefits, whether such loss, damage or expense is caused by negligence or otherwise, and whether such loss, damage or expense is caused by negligence or otherwise, and whether Creative DigiSphere International Pte Ltd has any control over the circumstances giving rise to the claim or not. CREATIVE DIGISPHERE INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD will endeavor to ensure the availability of services of the SHOOOT GUILD Membership Club when these are provided by partners but will not be liable for any loss arising from the failure of partners to provide such services. Where a Member uses the services provided by partners, the partners’ terms and conditions will apply and CREATIVE DIGISPHERE INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD will not be liable for any loss. Misprints/Mistakes CREATIVE DIGISPHERE INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD reserves the right to change the program in case of misprints or mistakes. Members’ right to appeal against a change on the basis of error is not infringed by such a decision.
